Well, here is the thread I will put sets in for 2009. The thread will contain all of set's that have been/will be finished sometime in 2009. So I will start posting cards for this now.

While this card is face-up on the field, its Attribute is also treated as LIGHT. When your opponent Special Summons a Level 7 or higher monster from their hand you can have this card lose 500 ATK and DEF to negate the Special Summoning of that monster and destroy it.

While this card is face-up on the field, its Attribute is also treated as LIGHT. When a monster you control loses 500 or more ATK or DEF, Special Summon this card from your hand. If you do, destroy this card during your End Phase. When a monster you control loses 500 or more ATK or DEF, place 1 Hell Counter on this card. When this card is destroyed, inflict 500 damage to your opponent for each Hell Counter that was on this card when it was destroyed.

While this card is face-up on the field, its Attribute is also treated as DARK. You can have this card lose 500 ATK and DEF to upgrade this card by 1 Level. This card gains 1 of the following effects based on its Level:

-2: During your opponent's Battle Phase, you can pay 800 Life Points to change the battle position of all Level 5 or higher Attack Position monsters your opponent controls.

-3: Once per turn, you can Tribute 1 monster you control to negate the effects of a monster your opponent controls for 1 turn x the Level of the Tributed monster.

-4: When a monster is Summoned, place 1 Oracle Counter on it x its Level. When a monster with an Oracle Counter on it attacks, you can remove 1 Oracle Counter from it to negate the attack.

-5 or higher: This card's Level becomes 2. This ATK and DEF of this card become 1000.

While this card is face-up on the field, its Attribute is also treated as DARK. During your opponent's Battle Phase. All Level 5 or lower monsters that can attack this card must attack it. When the ATK or DEF of a monster you control decreases by 500 or more, you can destroy 1 card on the field.

While this card remains face-up on the field its Attribute is also treated as LIGHT. When this card is Summoned, destroy every card in your Spell and Trap Card Zone. Then, select the 5 random cards from your Deck and place them face-down in your Spell and Trap Card Zone. When your opponent activates a Spell, Trap or Monster Effect you can randomly select a face-down card in your Spell and Trap Card Zone and flip it face-up (Flip Effects are not applied). If the card you flipped face-up was a Monster Card, negate your opponent's card effect and destroy the card. If the card you flipped face-up was a Spell or Trap Card, you take 1000 points of damage and this cards ATK and DEF is decreased by 100. If this card is destroyed before all 5 cards were flipped face-up, destroy every card in your Spell and Trap Card Zone on the field and inflict 800 damage to each player. When all 5 cards have been flipped face-up, destroy them and return this card to your Deck.

While this card is face-up on the field, its Attribute is also treated as DARK. When this card is Summoned, you can decrease this cards ATK and DEF by any multiple of 500. If your opponent declares an attack, you can remove this card from play to negate the attack and destroy 1 monster on your opponents field for each multiple of 500 you decreased this cards ATK and DEF by. Then, you take 400 damage for each monster destroyed by this cards effect.

Cyborg OCG:

 

While this card is face-up on the field, its Attribute is also treated as LIGHT. When your opponent Special Summons a Level 7 or higher monster from their hand you can have this card lose 500 ATK and DEF to negate the Special Summoning of that monster and destroy it.

Demon OCG:

 

While this card is face-up on the field, its Attribute is also treated as LIGHT. When a monster you control loses 500 or more ATK or DEF, Special Summon this card from your hand. If you do, destroy this card during your End Phase. When a monster you control loses 500 or more ATK or DEF, place 1 Hell Counter on this card. When this card is destroyed, inflict 500 damage to your opponent for each Hell Counter that was on this card when it was destroyed.

 

Balanced and combos up nicely with Cyborg. And you have proper Set ID and Circulation. These're great cards yo.

 

Oracle OCG:

 

While this card is face-up on the field, its Attribute is also treated as DARK. You can have this card lose 500 ATK and DEF to upgrade this card by 1 Level. This card gains 1 of the following effects based on its Level:

-2: During your opponent's Battle Phase, you can pay 800 Life Points to change the battle position of all Level 5 or higher Attack Position monsters your opponent controls.

-3: Once per turn, you can Tribute 1 monster you control to negate the effects of a monster your opponent controls for 1 turn x the Level of the Tributed monster.

-4: When a monster is Summoned, place 1 Oracle Counter on it x its Level. When a monster with an Oracle Counter on it attacks, you can remove 1 Oracle Counter from it to negate the attack.

-5 or higher: This card's Level becomes 2. This ATK and DEF of this card become 1000.

 

Cool. Levels. =D Remember, upgrade and downgrade are used for Level changes, even though they sound really awkward. Check A Legendary Ocean and Cost Down for proof.

 

Oh, and I'm pretty sure I remember rating that Staff thingy on its original thread, so you can check it if you wanna. =p

Well, maybe not so many, but I could fix some...
