CrabHelmet
Screw you, Konami, for randomly Limiting Reasoning and Monster Gate. You won't stop me from using Chimeratech. Monsters (21) 1 Card Trooper2 Cyberdark Edge2 Cyberdark Horn2 Cyberdark Keel1 Cyber Dragon1 Ehren, Lightsworn Monk2 Hunter Dragon1 Jain, Lightsworn Paladin2 Judgment Dragoon2 Lumina, Lightsworn Summoner2 Lyla, Lightsworn Sorceress1 The Light - Hex-Sealed Fusion2 Wulf, Lightsworn Beast Spells (13) 1 Brain Control3 Charge of the Light Brigade1 Heavy Storm1 Limiter Removal2 Magical Stone Excavation1 Monster Reborn1 Overload Fusion3 Solar Recharge Traps (6) 1 Crush Card Virus1 Phoenix Wing Wind Blast3 Solemn Judgment1 Torrential Tribute Extra Deck (15) 1 Black Rose Dragon1 Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Boundary1 Chimeratech Fortress Dragon1 Chimeratech Overdragon1 Colossal Fighter1 Cyberdark Dragon1 Cyber Twin Dragon1 Gladiator Beast Gyzarus1 Goyou Guardian1 Magical Android1 Mist Wurm1 Red Dragon Archfiend1 Stardust Dragon1 Tempest Magician1 Thought Ruler Archfiend Sadly, as much as I love Chimeratech, I'll be the first to admit that this deck sucks. So let's try to make Cybersworn Lightdarks without the Chimeratech aspect: Monsters (20) 1 Cyberdark Edge2 Cyberdark Horn1 Cyberdark Keel2 Dark Armed Dragon1 Ehren, Lightsworn Monk2 Hunter Dragon1 Jain, Lightsworn Paladin2 Judgment Dragoon2 Lumina, Lightsworn Summoner2 Lyla, Lightsworn Sorceress2 Plaguespreader Zombie2 Wulf, Lightsworn Beast Spells (14) 1 Allure of Darkness1 Brain Control2 Card of Safe Return3 Charge of the Light Brigade1 Foolish Burial1 Heavy Storm1 Monster Reborn1 Monster Reincarnation3 Solar Recharge Traps (6) 1 Crush Card Virus1 Phoenix Wing Wind Blast3 Solemn Judgment1 Torrential Tribute Extra Deck (15) 2 Black Rose Dragon2 Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Boundary1 Gladiator Beast Gyzarus3 Goyou Guardian2 Magical Android1 Red Dragon Archfiend2 Stardust Dragon1 Tempest Magician1 Thought Ruler Archfiend There. Now it still sucks (1 Allure = lolwut?), but slightly less so. I have no prior experience running Cyberdarks, Lightlords, or anything containing Dark Armed Dragon, so I am clearly qualified to make these decks. Anyhow, discuss both decks. But especially the first one, because, even though it's even worse than the other, it's still the only one I might actually use.
Guest Chaos Pudding
I'm going to go with the first deck, because that's the one I faced. The first thing I would do would be drop the random PWWB, a Wulf, and probably a JDragon. You're already running a whole bunch of themes together, and it isn't looking so well. I would then add 3 Allure of Darkness, because I saw that you're Maining 8 DARKs. I would then see about maybe dropping the Light Sealed Hex. Maining a card that only interacts with 1 other card doesn't seem like good synergy. In its place, I really don't know. I was thinking maybe a DAD, but meh... Guest PikaPerson01
Topic title is true. I do not see Red-Eyes Black Metal Dragon in either deck. Random Light Hex in first deck is random. Odds of getting that out at the same time as Cyber Dragon for Twin is borderline impossible.

CrabHelmet
I'm going to go with the first deck' date=' because that's the one I faced. The first thing I would do would be drop the random PWWB,[/quote'] I mainly threw PWWB in there because I took out Card Destruction and needed a good effect that would let me discard dead cards. a Wulf' date=' and probably a JDragon. You're already running a whole bunch of themes together, and it isn't looking so well.[/quote'] That's probably a good idea; 2 Wulf + 2 JDragon doesn't work so well in what is barely half a Lightlord deck. There do seem to be too many themes here, which isn't something I'd normally do, but how else can I use Chimeratech nowadays? Allures and Trade-Ins with Fiendish Engine Omega? I would then add 3 Allure of Darkness' date=' because I saw that you're Maining 8 DARKs.[/quote'] I was initially rather reluctant to run Allures because they stop my Cyberdarks from being Overload food and my Hunter Dragons from being Cyberdark food, and I wasn't actually using any other DARKs. I would then see about maybe dropping the Light Sealed Hex. Maining a card that only interacts with 1 other card doesn't seem like good synergy. In its place' date=' I really don't know. I was thinking maybe a DAD, but meh...[/quote'] Random Light Hex in first deck is random. Odds of getting that out at the same time as Cyber Dragon for Twin is borderline impossible. Light Hex was mostly there for its Fusion Substitute Monster effect' date=' since it means that I don't need Cydra in the grave to use Overload, and even if I have it there already it still gives Chimeratech an extra 800 ATK. Cyber Twin is just there as an added bonus; I only have about a 2% chance of opening with both The Light and Cydra, so even with Solar Recharge and Monster Reborn it's obviously not going to be my main focus. I'm thinking: -1 The Light-1 Wulf-1 JDragon-1 PWWB +3 Allure+1 Foolish (for the other Wulf, Hunter Dragons, or Cydra) so much for you beign good at the game ¬_¬ "Oho!" said the pot to the kettle;"You are dirty and ugly and black!Sure no one would think you were metal,Except when you're given a crack." "Not so! Not so!" kettle said to the pot;" 'Tis your own dirty image you see;For I am so clean - without blemish or blot -That your blackness is mirrored in me!"
