but i REALLY wanted to make it :S

 

 

its similair to jar of greed, except this has a cost, and a bonus for chain effects.

The fact that you stuck "randomly" in the card effect and that you made this a Trap Card are the only things that would keep this card from being banned if it were released. In fact, it still might be. I would suggest you having to discard 2 cards from your hand, and you can reduce the chain link to 3 as no one would ever use that effect otherwise.

 

Overall it's a pretty good card though, despite the balance issues.

Generic draw cards get banned really fast. The cost for this is not that high and nowadays, cards are better in the Graveyard then in your hand. The cost here is not appropriate because in the end it's still a +1 to you and possible a +2. That alone makes this card ban worthy.
