I can't really understand the cards ocg. This is because the ocg is very bad. Please allow for corrections.

 

This card cannot be Special Summoned or Set. Once per turn, this card's ATK is decrease by 100. Once Per Turn, you can pay 200 Points to increase this cards ATK by 200(Lets Make it easier). When this card is destroys DARK Attribute monster, select and remove 1 Dragon Monster on your opponent's side field from play. When this card is destroyed and sent into the Graveyard, select 1 DARK monster on your Graveyard with 2000 ATK or less and Special Summon it to the field. (This way it can be less.....cheap)
