Discard 1 card. Return 2 cards from your Graveyard to your deck (The deck is then shuffled). Then draw 3 cards.

Now I'll Tribute Red Elf for Mobius the Frost Monarch! destroying your Outer Space and your face-down. Rampage attack his Heavyarms to destroy it. Now Mobius attack him directly!

I'l set 2 cards. Your move.
