My friend moved there, and now I can't talk to her unless we plan it ahead of time and I get up at 6 in the morning, which I still haven't done. And they actually speak English there. East= Aggressive(NYC' date=' Chicago), West or middle= Pretty decent (note: where I live), South= Friendly-ish/racist (Gorigia, Alabama etc), North= Alright.
