This face-up card is also treated as an Aqua-Type monster. Once per Duel, Special Summon 1 WIND monster ignoring the Summoning conditions. This card is unaffected by card effects. This card cannot be destroyed by battle while in Defence Position. Once per turn, during your Draw Phase, if you draw a monster card you may select 1 card on your opponents side of the field and return it to their hand. If you returned a card to your opponents by this cards effect, put 1 Sky Counter on a monster (excluding this card) on your side of the field. Each monster on your side of the field gains 400 attack points for each Sky Counter on it. When this card is removed from the field, destroy all monsters on your side of the field that had its attack points increased by the effect of this card. Posted January 3, 2009 Report Share Posted January 3, 2009 I'm in if it's ok this is my card, Im not the owner of the pic, I found it in ( Deviantart ): Effect: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 3 WIND monsters you control. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, your opponent cannot select WIND monsters as an attack target. You can discard 1 Thunder-Type monster from your hand to inflict damage to your opponent equal to the Level of that monster X200. When this card is selected as a target by your opponent's card effect, you can discard 1 WIND monster from your hand to negate the activation of that card and destroy it. Each time your opponent activates a Spell Card, put 1 Thunder Counter on this card (max. 3). You can remove 3 Thunder Counters from this card to destroy 1 card on the field. If this card is in your Graveyard, you can discard 3 Thunder-Type monsters from your hand to Special Summon this card during your Standby Phase.
