This is card I made because a friend told me to. I got the pic from deviant art. And yes, I asked permission.

Last sentence has OCG errorsn I thin, with playing the other fields, the only card I can think of that you might reffernce is Destiny Board, other then that, this seems fairly op so 7/10, good job given the time you've spent here

Maybe you should add the effect that you can only activate by sending "Skyscraper" or "Skyscraper 2" to the Graveyard, to add a bit more balance.

I agree with Lord Smeagle, this card needs some kind of balance. It is just too powerful and there is no down side.

There is Skyscraper and Skyscraper II - Hero City. There is no such thing as Skyscraper III hence this card is fine. I agree that there needs to be a cost to play this card because this has far too many benefits in a dedicated e-hero deck.

Lower case hand, add and activate 1, good pic, take out the first effect, it makes it a little overpowered. 8/10
