Wyhe
Apparently, they originally thought that "bringing balance to the Force" was eliminating the Sith, not a literal balance in power.
Revan
Well, that's bull. Haven't they ever heard that there can be no light without darkness, no good without evil? Or something like that.=\
Megaworm
Here's something else that makes no sense: Why should the Sith' date=' which are supposed to be evil and selfish, get the ability to revive other people, while the Jedi, who are supposed to be good and selfless, just get really strong and contemplate their navels? Shouldn't the selfless ones be saving people from death, and the selfish ones be maximizing their own personal strength?[/quote'] CONSPIRACY!!!1!111!!!1!Eleven!!!!! Jedi are evil Yup. Explanation:During Jedi Civil War, JEdi set Trap for Darth Revan, current Dark Lord of the Sith, and Darth Malak, his apprentice. The Jedi strike team went aboard Revan's ship and confronted him, but Malak fired on his Master's ship, critically wounding Revan. Only a small spark of life was left in Revan, which was perserved by the Jedi. Thet planted a FAKE Identity into Revan's head, and tricked him into helping the Jedi find the Star Forge, which was a huge factory that provided Revan, and later Malak's troops. So they tricked Revan and used himas a pawn, when they say that everyone deserves a second chance. You know what? You're Fired.
Guest PikaPerson01
I thought the topic title was the buildup to a joke. Now I am sorely disapointed.

Fh-Fh
Maybe they were big movie observers and know that less conflict in a movie leads to lower ratings and less money. Here's something else that makes no sense: Why should the Sith' date=' which are supposed to be evil and selfish, get the ability to revive other people, while the Jedi, who are supposed to be good and selfless, just get really strong and contemplate their navels? Shouldn't the selfless ones be saving people from death, and the selfish ones be maximizing their own personal strength?[/quote'] Because the sith are good. The Jedi are evil but portray themselves in the public eye to be good. The sith have a bad reputation of being evil, and the Jedi brainwash thier followers to do bad things which make them seem good. If you look at Darth Vitus, who created the sith, he did nothing wrong. He was just experimenting. The sith merely wanted to destroy the jedi at first, but got a reputation as Galaxy-Wide conquerers. The sith are not an organization like the Jedi. The sith is merely an idea against the Jedi and for the Republic. Darth Revan had, literally, IDEAS PUT INTO HIS HEAD BY THE JEDI COUNCIL. If that isn't evil then tell me what is. Darth Nihilus gave the first "slaughtering" reputation of the Sith when he was obsessed with killing and killed everything on one planet save for one woman, his soon-to-be appentice. His determination did exterminate the Jedi for a while, though. You can see in almost every Darth there is some sign of hate to the jedi. Darth Sidious foolishly used the title for sith lords who didn't deserve to be sith lords i.e. Darth Vader, Darth Tyranus (Dooku), Darth Maul. The people he chose were either not powerful or too emotional to be sith lords which led to sidious's downfall. And, to prove Crab wrong, both the jedi AND the sith have sought immortality. Darth Plagueis was the first to discover it. Again, to prove Crab wrong, the sith was the most powerful in ages. Darth sidious is believed the most powerful sith ever. By killing Sidious & with his own life ending due to his broken life support system, the Siths were temporarily contained...until another point of time...
