.............I have a real Dark Armed Dragon. I think it's better than this. OCG errors. Somewhat overpowered

in the 2nd sentence, it says to offer a dark armed dragon, but you havent put what lv it should be.

There is only 'Dark Armed Dragon', it doesn't have a level... -slaps j00-

 

It's almost balanced because of summoning conditions, but not quite. Maybe make the effect, 'Pay 1000 Life Points to remove from play 2 face-up monsters your opponent controls' or something.

OCG stands for Official Card Grammar.

 

Dark Armed Dragon has a ridiculously easy Summoning Condition to fulfill. Armed Dragon Lv 10 takes a long time and a lot of effort to get out. If you take a look' date=' you'll notice that Dark Armed Dragon is currently owning the metagame. I have yet to see an effective Armed Dragon Deck.

*rolls eyes* The fact that Dark Armed Dragon is easy to Special Summon would make this card easier to Special Summon then Armed Dragon Lv 10 would it not? I think this makes a big difference in this card's comparative overpoweredness.

 

(Oh, and one thing you should never EVER attempt to do unless you have a decent understanding of the current metagame - is compare your card to a card Konami made and say "this card isn't overpowered because they made this card!" Remember, Konami can make broken cards too. Armed Dragon Lv 10 isn't broken though, so you got away with it this time.)

 

This topic was doomed to see this card as either overpowered or underpowered, because the card you need to summon it is broken already. In fact, this card is more hovering towards the underpowered side, because normal Dark Armed Dragon is actually better then this "upgrade".
