*shrugs* Trust me' date=' it is no easy task. The Japanese language is very similar to Chinese, and for the latter if you began learning it at the age of 3 and go almost 24/7 learning it, you'll be almost 25 by the time you've mastered it

[/quote']

It's like the easiest language to learn...

And it's pretty much useless unless you're going to japan or unless you're watching some type of show in which japanese is a common dialect.

Guest JoshIcy

the following is the closest I can get to pronouncing' date=' also I learned this from my sensei:

thank you: ar re ga tou

thank you very much: ar re ga tou gosi mashta

you are welcome: don tast tha masta (my sensei said to think of "don't touch the mustache.")

[/quote']

Lol what? Fail.

Either your Romaji is dreadful, (which shouldn't EVER happen). Or your sensei can't say it for his life.

I want to learn Japanese so badly; just to learn a second language, be able to watch anime without dubbs and subtitles, learn more about Japanese culture and the way they speak, be able to go to Japan and interact with the Japanese people (most people in Japan don't speak English), and to interact with my friend privately without people knowing what we are saying (well, inless they know Japanese).

I'm going to learn either with Resetta Stone or Take Classes or Just Get a Tiny Review From The Nintendo Ds Video Game, My Word Coach: Japanese.

Actually, I'm pretty sure English is a required class in Japan.

Actually I remember something...

It was either China or Japan, but one of those countries is very good in English.
