Your Grand King Ninja doesn't look much like a ninja, really...

Dark Ninja needs a much better pic. It's blurry andd has no background. For Grand King, find a differnt pic. As Smeagle said, it doesn't look like a ninja. Also, you need to get rid of the border. Also, you have OCG errors.

 

Dark Ninja's effect should read something like, "When this card is Summoned destroy 1 Spell or Trap card your opponent controls."

 

As for the other effect, in my personal opion it's sligthy Overpowered. as for the corrections for how you have it, make it read something like, "This card can only be Tribute Summoned by tributing 3 "Dark Ninja" monsters you control. Once per turn during your Main Phase discard 1 Spell card to destroy all cards your opponent controls."
