You should make clear what would happen if Christmas Elf would be destroyed. I'd say change it so that it cannot be destroyed by card effects or something, but you can't have something that is completely immune to anything.

As for her other effect, you can always equip an equip spell card to your opponent's monsters, as long as they are face-up. So that effect didn't really make sense.
