Hard to judge balance. It could easily get destroyed, so those effects seem useless. A very simple card, 7.1/10.

I dunno how to judge this, mayb changing the effect to make u draw the card when this card is in attack position, would make it well balanced

The only thing thats somewhat unique about this is that it's a WIND monster--which aren't made that much.

 

Everything else seems unoriginal.

Its a simple card, you could change the effect to this

 

"once per turn, during your main phase, you can flip this card into face-down defense position. When this card is flip summoned, draw 1 card from your deck. This card cannot be destroyed during battle. Damage calculation is applied normally"

 

or something like that, this way, the user has to do something to draw the card, apart from that, it is alright, 6.5/10
