ragnarok1945 Posted December 26, 2008 Report Share Posted December 26, 2008 it's some sort of exe file, you open it up and then start the game (but look carefully at the trainer first). For example, let's say the game has no cheats, but the trainer file says "press E for unlimited ammo".
