The card is a Level 1, raise the Level, this is a pic from the Anime, when Kaiba plans on summoning BEUD. Lower the ATK to something around 3000-3750, this is an Overused Idea sometimes, so try something different, use your Imagination! :D Please don't forget about IMG Credit.
