its been like, 1 whole day =S

 

anyway, here it is.

the last effect doesnt rly fit the card, but its nice to add something else to it ^.^

Pay 2000 Life Points. All monsters on the field are changed to Defence Position and cannot change their Battle Position except by card effect. When this card is destroyed, both players must select 1 card in their hand and discard it. By paying an additional 2000 Life Points, Special Summon 1 monster in your Graveyard with an ATK of 2000 or lower, that mosnter can attack your opponent directly until your next Standby Phase.

its a jolt of lightening, usually, getting electrocuted paralyzes you?

 

he is being paralyzed therefore, being in immence pain, how does that not fit?

Fix:
