"This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Ritual Summoned by the Ritual Spell Card "Regeneration Ritual"."

the last part of the monster card must be like this : When this card is Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 Zombie-Type monster from your Graveyard to your field.

 

the ritual spell card looks good 2 me

You can use a program like MS Paint to crop out that giant white streak on the side.

Then...well, really, you could use MS Paint to just erase the words...since they're overlaid on white anyways.

ok how do i get on microsoft paint im no good with computers

It should come default with your computer.

Start menu > All Programs > Accessories > Microsoft Paint

[Command Knight]
