Not entirely true. BLack Luster soldier, Paladin of white Dragon, and others have the wording "This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card _______." The thing he's missing on the Ritual Monster Card is the second part of the Tributes, like it is on the Spell Card.

 

Also, abbreviations aren't used on card descriptions. You might want to fix that.
