PrometheusMFD Posted December 31, 2008 Report Share Posted December 31, 2008 It's not like I'm Jappio or Realen (in the sense that I can't generally rate Splices, not that I can't keep up with them when it comes to splicing) but I think this one is too easy for them to have to handle. 1st Splice-I can tell you used Executor's legs, but the top is undistinguishable with itself. You had yet to recolor the borders on the legs, and the top has virtually no borders at all. Plus, the color scheme is painfull to look at. I give this one a 2/10 Kecleon-Geodude Splice-First of all, the head just cuts off, and the arms are detatched.Also, there is no shading on the arms and you did not recolor the borders at all. I give this one a 1/10 Geodude-Kecleon-...Pikachu? Splice-Chunks of the head are missing. And you have almost non-existant borders on the neck up! And the body had no redone borders at all! I give this one a 2/10 Pikachu Recolor?(I honestly have no idea what you were trying to accomplish here)-No shading, half the borders are misssing, and the other half is still un recolored. I give this a 1/10 Overall-6/40 I suggest looking at the first post of the Pokemon Splice Splicer's Club in the Clubs/Organizations forum. It will tell you who to ask about splicing tips. You have no torso, another reason why it sux. 2). No torso. If you want it to be like geodude, then give the bottom a border. The arms are poorly attached and have no shading. You have no sense of shading, or coloring for that matter. It looks like you put the head on last - don't do that. 3). It looks like you used the scraps of 2. You deleted all the shading and some borders. You still have the s****y random colors as inner borders. 4). You have the ears facing the wrong way and the right one is too small. I crack myself up... Anyways, to business. Your recoloring is awful, you have no shading, it looks very fake.Amazingly, you managed to either have multi-colored borders or no borders at all. You have to recolor the borders. It's very important. Overall, very, very, very bad. Look at some tutorials before posting your splices. I don't think I should go into detail. First, these sprites are never going to look good. You ruined them.2. The colors-the ones that are actually correct-are wrong. For example, the Geodude arms are brighter than the Kecleon head. no3. You killed some shading. All the colors are the same now. Don't do that.4. You murdered some all of the borders. In the borders you kept, are recolored completely wrong (the red on that Pikachu thing.5. There all spliced badly, the heads don't look connected.
