ooc: Alright that was one flaw but come on you can't dodge lightning that hits you from behind since both happened the same time. So please redo that post. For the Point of Maira this is a Life and Death battle.

 

ooc: Well if it was happening at the same time then there would be no reason to blind me. You can dodge anything in actuality, regardless if you can see it or not. Also, as soon as the light started it would've tipped him off to your attacks and it would be a reasonable reaction if he were to doge your lightning, but I suppose I can make it more balanced...

 

The Assassin, in fact, was not blinded by the flash of light. He turned his head to see a bolt of lightning coming, and he partially side stepped it but the lightning still sent him spinning into the air for a few moments and landing him a harsh blow on the ground. The assassin was still well enough to dodge the on coming robots, and destroyed them with two kicks.

 

"Still kicking I see, no matter, I'll just have to make sure your down next time I decide to walk away." The assassin said as he reached into the back of his cloak, revealing hidden throwing knives. "Die..." The assassin said as he threw the five knives at Maira, and then activated his spell to move himself somewhere once more...

ooc: I said the blinding was a mistake by me I still don't see you be able to dodge lightning but I will go with your way even if it ruins my plans. I update that other post.

 

Shortly before the knives arrived Maira she dropped on the ground too exhaust to go on she passed out.

Maira hands over the box and the sickle.

Maira: "Nothing happened except a bright light when he died."

Mairas Grandpa: "I see, Nako begin the analyzing."

Nako: "Yes my Lord."

Mairas Grandpa: "Did Hayate say anything?"

Maira: "Leo might be the key to this. He said he has special plans with him."

Mairas Grandpa: "I see then search him and try to find out more."

Maira: "Very well I will leave now."

"Hmm, not here..." The assassin says as he searches the plane for clues as to where the items might be. "These boxes are marked from where they once came from, I'll start my search there..." The assassin jumps out of the plane and sees Maira's dead body. "Have a nice night..." He said as he walked into the cold winters snowfall, which was getting heavier and thicker by the minute, until he was so far off into the distance it was like he disappeared....

After some time has passed. Maira stood up and walked inside the Jet. As first she started a scan of the entire jet and her own body, to make sure their are no tracking devices. After that she activated a self destruct signal to all used droids, leaving nothing of them. The Jet took of and cloaked itself as she headed back to the golden citadel.

ooc: Right here

 

The assassin was now in the shining citadel base. My transportation here was one that will cost me almost more then I was paid to kill that woman... The assassin said as he headed through the base very shadowy as to not be seen. "Finding these items is going to be a hassle..." The assassin said with a smirk, as he could never pass up a challenge...

 

ooc: If you want I'll post how I got there, but it is logical for me to there before Maira and right now...

@ Final please don't do that it is not a base you can just walk in freely it is a high security place with a lot of high tech and some magic, just saying headed through the base seems wrong for me.

 

Nako: "Sire their is an intruder."

Mairas Grandpa: "Are you telling me he was able to get just through the door?"

Nako: "Yes sire he used a Teleportation Spell. It has been anaylzed now shall I surpress it?"

Mairas Grandpa: "What could he want?"

Nako: "The surveillance in Mairas Jet has shown that he is searching for him. It is most likely the Book of To..."

Mairas Grandpa: "I understand what happened to Maira?"

Nako: "She has passed out in a battle, because of the advance of the disease."

Mairas Grandpa: "What threat level is this man who entered?"

Nako: "It is 0, his armaments are no match and his physical abilities are also inferior."

Mairas Grandpa: "Have you calculated our best course of action?"

Nako: "Yes Sire since our analyze and preparation of the 3 artefact's has been completed we should hand them over to this man, this may lead us to Hayate."

Mairas Grandpa: "Very well hand it over to this man and activate the seals in the inner sanctum."

Nako: "Yes Sire."

 

Nako appeared in front of the assassin.

 

Nako: "I am Nako the artificial intelligence guarding this place, I assume that you are here to pick up these artefacts."

A wall to the left side of the assassins opens.

Nako: "These are the 3 you are searching for feel free to take them and leave. If you have some other buisness with us then proceed."

 

Nako vanished.

ooc: My character is a trained assassin, he can get past most situations without much of a fret...

 

The assassin merely gathered the items and went on his way down the hall. I'm already devising it right now...I don't think they would hand over such items. If any case they probably want the man that hired me instead. I could careless as long as my bill is paid and I get the thing that I'm currently after..." The assassin said as his body emitted a bright light and he was soon gone from the base as quick as he came....

 

ooc: He doesn't have teleportation spells....I'll tell you what my one and only spell is later on...

Ok but they spell is still analyzed so counter measures are up if that char returns.

 

Maira returned to the base and was summoned in the Throne Chamber.

 

Mairas Grandpa: "My Child have you been injured?"

Mairas Grandpa reaches with his hand for Maira. She walked slowly towards her Grandpa laying are cheek, on which a single tear runs down, in his hand.

Maira: "I have failed."

Mairas Grandpa: "I am still proud of you."

Maira: "But why?"

Mairas Grandpa pulls Maira gently towards him.

Mairas Grandpa: "Let me embrace you. I have allowed this torment of yours far to long. Please lets proceed the redemption."

Maira: "But what about the mission? If I don't finish it people will suffer."

Mairas Grandpa: "As long as Mankind exist they will bring suffering to themselves. We can only delay the inevitable. I can't order you to do it, I am just asking you. But before you decide through our analyze of the sickle we found a way to partly reverse the effect of your disease. However this procedure will give you a max of 3 new days but it will put immense stress on your mind and it may cause the redemption to fail at a later point."

Mairas mood changed her sadness turned into confidence.

Maira: "Gramps who do you thing you are talking to lets commence that time ... what ever it is."

Mairas Grandpa: "Very well follow Nako he will lead you."

Nako appeared right behind Maira and both left the throne chamber.

The assassin was now suddenly behind Hayate, and talked to him right in his ear. "Mission Complete..." The assassin said, as he stepped back so that Hayate could turn around and see he has returned. "I placed a tracker on you when we first met, as I do with all who give me assassination jobs." The assassin explained as he took off the tracker behind Hayate's ear...

 

ooc: Is your grandfather a free NPC, as in anyone can use

Or is he a User Specific NPC, as in only for your use...

The assassin handed over the three items that he stole from the base, taking the money as he handed them over, he then tucked the money into his rucksack. "When I left her she was face down in the snow after I had thrown some of my throwing knives at her..." The assassin said as he turned his back on Hayate and his body glowed in a bright light and he was off to his next assassination quest...

 

ooc: Say goodbye to the assassin, you wont see him again fro quite awhile :(

Mean while in the citadel.

 

Nako: "Sir we found Hayate."

Mairas Grandpa: "Very well what are our options now?"

Nako: "We can either unleash the sealed magic withing the box destroying it or we wait for Maira."

Mairas Grandpa: "What is our best course of action?"

Nako: "To wait for Maira destroying the box now will kill Hayate but the results are uncertain."

Mairas Grandpa: "Very well then we wait."

 

ooc: Final you can do now with Mairas Grandpa what you want I won't need him for a while now.

and Darklotus i am not sure what you plan now so please make the next step.
