Life has always been in the universe. Time isn't existent. It's just a system of measurement people created based on the setting and rising of the sun to explain more specifically where we are time-wise. Time itself isn't a physical object which can be observed or taken into study. So, theoretically, nothing ever starts or ends because time is at a constant.
