Four years since the last person, Vascle Taylor, to race on that highway died in a firey crash that resulted in the closing of the highway forever. That highway was made for racing and racing alone. You see not to long ago racing used to be this countries national and pretty much only activity. People from all over the world came here for a chance to race. And to go up against Vascle Taylor, he was the best as well as my idol. Who am I you ask? Well, I was in the car with him that race..." So basically this city has banned racing forever, and there one banned made the country start banning everywhere. It's your job to stop them and bring racing back to Hurk City. Vince had just graduated from Hurk University and got his masters in Mechanical Engineering and Autoworks. He was going to open up his own shop where he could upgrade vehicles for everyone of the racers and have huge fun doing. However, his father wasn't going to give him the money that he needed he said it was a "Waste of Time."
