This card cannot be Special Summoned except by offering 2 Zombie-type monsters on your field as a tribute. This card is unaffected by the effects of Effect Monsters. It is a good card, maybe a tad bit overpowered considering the effect along with its ATK...but other than that, I don't see anything wrong with it.
