As long as this card remains face-up, any card with a Dragon Counter on it can be used as a Tribute by the controller of this card. If your opponent has no Monster Cards on their field, the controller of this card cannot attack. Card 2Effect: During your Battle Phase, you can increase this card's ATK by 300. Your opponent takes no Life Point damage the turn this effect is activated. When this card destroys a monster, put 1 Dragon Counter on 1 face-up monster on the field (max. 1).
