ragnarok1945
please. Laws always have exceptions to them. They can make it so they are the exceptions
The_Prince_of_Death
probably would be put in the "fine" print. (example: only the goverment people can smoke.) but that would make it unfair for the rest of the peope in the country. plus what about when they are to leave their position because the time is up to change people for the seat of that power? ragnarok1945
that's when they have to give up smoking upon leaving the position
The_Prince_of_Death
or they can add in the fine print saying even after leaving their position they can still smoke even when told not to, and if they are ined or arrested the charges will be dropped because of this law. The_Prince_of_Death
true, but why would they want to move from a place where they have power?
ragnarok1945
well once they do enough research maybe in the new place they'd have even more power
The_Prince_of_Death
yes, but they can make up all of the laws while they can in office beore they step down and get all o the power and wealth they need, without moving.

The_Prince_of_Death
true, but most of the laws would help the rest of the government people and make them vote to keep the laws.
ragnarok1945
and there will be laws to get people to overrule previous ones (don't forget there's ways around certain laws too)

The_Prince_of_Death
sort of, but yes. it would also make people wonder why the tax went down causing them to stop smoking a little(atleast).
ragnarok1945
perhaps, but some smokers aren't like that. They exploit every advantage to the full: the moment prices go down, they go nuts. It'll also have to depend on how long the prices have been high too
