Gogeta™
Capitalize Graveyard, Deck, Special Summoned. Put quotation marks around the name of cards ("Card Name Here"). Eh some basic effects, overused pics but nice job overall: 6/10 :)

Heath
Ughh... I think these cards are overpowered a bit. Let me go through them: Nightmare Centipede's effect with attack points. If this card was 5 or 6 stars maybe. If anything, it could be like 1300 attack. Nightmare Dragon's effect and Atk and Def. First off, high 1 stat means another stat, or in the case of lower leveled monsters, non existant oppisite stats. Basically this is a better Man-Eating Bug that might not get destroyed by battle, and can destroy 2 monsters. This card is just too flawed. Nightmare Warrior is a regular monster... Weird. Nightmare Beast is almost there... Just needs lower Def. Fireball Dragon is... Well pretty overpowered. Maybe just the Def. This is only because of Goyo Guardian that I believe he is not hax. Mastermind Dragon... More powerful Blue Eyes that can resummon itself if destroyed... Greatttt... Maybe 1 more star to make it 3 sac. would be good. Laser Beam... Is ok, as long as it's OCG is fixed (really awful wording. Confusing) Next one has the same problem as the first. Free 2,200 lifepoints 1 sac. Wizard of Time looks all right. Nice blend of high level, great effect. But still confused on what Releasing him means... Ancient Insect... Is Man-Eater Bug with higher stats... That's about all. Ancient Fish once again follows your same pattern: High opp stat for card. If it's gonna be an attacker, then it can't really defend from anything. If it's gonna be a defender, then it can't really sharpen it's attack. That is all I can say. Try to look at TCG cards for more balanced cards (unless they are banned from tourneys, then they are unbalanced in the new system). I'll give you a 4/10 overall rating for Wizard of Time and Nightmare Warrior.
hamcha
I bet you added the rating yourself didn't you? Basically I can say this: OVERPOWERED! If you have a serious case of overpoweredness' date=' seek your nearest doctor immeadiatly. Do not drive or operate machinery within 24 hours of overpoweredness, for it may cause, but not limited too: aggresive behaviors and strengths beyond normal strength. Please be warned that new people tend to allow a mass amount of these symptons to go unnoticed. Ok some examples of overpoweredness is: Nightmare Centipede's effect with attack points. I just got carried away. But my other statements are trying to make the cards actually regular cards without overpoweredness.
