[spoiler=lore]As long as this card remains face up on the field, place 1 "Speed and 1 Spell" counter on this card. For every "Speed and Spell Counter" on this card , this card gains 200 ATK. In order to rate correctly I will need to know when/how you put the counter(s) on it and what is the max. number of counters you can place.
