[spoiler=Rules]1: No Spam2: Follow all regular rules3: Must have Pic Credit [spoiler=Contest]Genin Contest: Make 1 effect Monster card, must be a level 6 and below Monster. In your effect you must state that "The monster cannot be Normal Summoned, This card cannot be Special Summoned except..." Sanin 1 on 1 Contest: Make 1 Monster, 1 Spell, and 1 Trap Card. All three cards must be an effect monster and work together. [spoiler=Judges]Genin Contest Judges: Sanin Rank Members and myself. Sanin Contest Judges: All Genin rank members must PM me their vote for who they think out of the Sanin should win and why. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 3 LIGHT Warrior-Type monsters on your side of the field. The ATK and DEF of this monster is equal to the difference of Life Points between you and your opponent. Each turn, during your Main Phase, inflict 1000 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points. This card is unaffected by your opponent's Spell and Trap cards. Just wandering if it is just me My card[spoiler=Card] This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 2 LIGHT monsters in Graveyard from play. Once per turn, during your Main Phase 1, you can discard 1 card from your hand to return 1 monster on the field to the owners hand. If this card battles a Beast-Type monster, increase this card's ATK by 700. If this card is destroyed by battle, you send 1 card on the field back to the owners hand.
