If this card is removed from play, during your Standby Phase you can Special Summon it. You can select 1 face-down monster and flip it face-up. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, the selected monster's effect is negated until it is removed from the field. (You can select up to 1 monster at a time with this effect.)
