Requirements:

Make a deck of 40 cards. 8 spell cards (excluding the ritual and fusion spell card), and 10 trap cards. It has to have one ritual monster card and 1 ritual spell card. 5 monsters with no effect. 8 effect monsters. 2 fusion monsters (Each one has to fuse 2 monsters together each). And 1 spell card that can fuse monsters together. They all have to be new cards.

Entry Fee:

4 stars: 20 points.

3 stars: 15 points.

2 stars: 10 points.

1 star: 5 points.

Divisions:

4 stars: Expert.

3 stars: Intermediate.

2 stars: Beginner.

1 star: Noob.

Prizes:

Expert: 1st prize, 100 points. 2nd prize, 50 points. 3rd prize, 25 points.

Intermediate: 1st prize, 80 points. 2nd prize, 40 points. 3rd prize, 20 points.

Beginner: 1st prize, 60 points. 2nd prize, 30 points. 3rd prize, 15 points.

Noob: 1st prize, 30 points. 2nd prize, 15 points. 3rd prize, 8 points.
