Hanta Posted January 25, 2009 Report Share Posted January 25, 2009 If this card battles a monster with a higher Level than this card, you can search your deck for 1 Level 4 or lower "Elemental Hero" monster whose ATK is equal to or less than the ATK of the attacking monster.
