Moon Demon: I'd take out the 200 ATK/DEF gain.

 

And possibly make it so that these cards can only be Summoned when "Moon Phase Night" is active.

Wouldn't that make them underpowered

It would be like Toon World, only more complicated. :D

I think there are some minor hiccups in your OCG. I have taken the liberty of rewriting the effect for "Moon Demon." This correction can be made in your other cards as well. I hope you find this helpful.

 

If you control "Moon Phase Night" while this card is on the field, activate the appropriate effect, based on the phase of "Moon Phase Night."

New Moon Phase: Double the DEF of this card.

Any othe Phase: Increase the ATK and DEF of this card by 200.
