They are about Artemis Fowl, a criminal mastermind, who has uncovered something unbelievably, a secret underground race called the People.

Read it.

Read the Time Paradox and the Lost colony. they are the best of the series. But they are at the end. They are about time travel and demons.

[spoiler=My Review]

Lost Colony had a little to much of Artemis' inner feelings about Minerva. Time Paradox was awesome. Imagine if I fought myself. Who would win? Me or ... me?

Arctic Incident>Artemis Fowl>Time Paradox>Lost Colony>Opal Deception>Eternity Code

The first one was good, but not alot got accomplished. Mainly introduced the story

The second one was very well written and suspensefull

The third one was just milking the series for a little while

The fourth seemed a little redundant, and really only showed Artemis's attitude change

The fifth one was pretty good at explaining the "new" People, but they really only mattered in that particular book

The Last one had an epic battle for the ages

Eternity Code>Lost Colony>Artemis Fowl>Arctic Incident>Time Paradox>Opal Deception

Arctic Incident tries to make Artemis more sympathetic. Its like its apologising for his character. Eternity Code had a good mix of good and evil

Has anyone read "Dirk Gently's hostilic detective Agency" or "Long Dark Teatime of the Soul"? They're by him' date=' they're just less well known.

I think Discworlds are better though.

Dirk Gently and Teatime are both Eoin Colfer's continuation of two series that Douglass Adams started. He is going to do the same with the "Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" series
