Am I f**ked? I just read a guide saying traded pokemon gain 1.5 more exp than normal pokemon. But the tyranitar i was EV training was traded. Does this mean my ranitar gained more exp in one sat than another?!?

EDIT: I CAN'T PICK! DIVERSE BLISSEY OR CLERIC?!?!

Aromatherapy would be good to heal my team just in case, whereas Diverse Blissey doesn't limit me on attacking options. WHAT SHOULD I PICK!?!?!

Felix. Please answer me truthfully on this but. How do you breed the pokemon nature WITH the ability to want AND maybe the gender you want AND get 30-31 IV's in your needed stats? If you breed does it take a whole day or do you AR?

I use AR to make the eggs hatch after a few steps but that's all. The real spped comes in when you chain breed. Three EVs come from both parents and go too the baby while occasionaly one will be something else. Chain breeding is similiar to selective breeding in the real world. To get the right Nature use an Everstone, 50% of the time you'll get the Nature that the parent holding it has. The ability is luck and so is gender. Don't bother with gender though. Go on to Serebii and Smogon, they both have guides on breeding.

Everstone trick will only work if the Mother is holding it. The father will not have any chance of passing on Nature by holding one. =o And I think you mean the parents pass on 3 IVs, Felix.

I'am sorry about going off the current discussion, but I have recently set my mind on either catching or hatching Shiny Pokemon, and I'am wondering if anyone here has tried using the infamous "Masuda Method"?

True, but I don't feel like breeding 2000 times with lousy parent IVs to get a shiny Pokemon that has no Battle benfits.

@Felix: =o I know Smogon has a Castform page, but I wanted to see what you guys could come up with. And what TEAM SUPPORT he can have to help him - Smogon doesn't give you those. =3 Like for example, a Ninjask could make him hella fast.

 

Personally, my favorite use for Castform is in double battles - I once played one where I had a dedicated weather-starter, and Castform Choice-Specsd.

 

I was able to pull of a couple speed boosts with Ninjask, passed em to Castform, and had him Weather ball the sh!t out of things. When a type switched in that he couldn't hurt, I'd have his partner change the weather.

 

He lasted a good 3 opposing KOs. Then he went down. Still nice though.

 

 

ANYWAY. Good news. My UU Blueprints are done (both of them). I am prepared to destroy you all. xD

Well, technically, those are just the odds of getting it. It still takes a while and it does get annoying, but it also works. 1/2084 or something like that is the odds, and I don't like them. i've only done it once.

Theres a one in a million chance of catching a shiny. Theres one in a billion of catching a rare shiny. So if you don't have action replay DS, I'd suggest you start now :D

It was 5-3, but 2 of my Pokes would have died to Sandstorm and Stealth Rock.
