Goldeneagle Posted January 28, 2009 Report Share Posted January 28, 2009 This is the third of three Secret Rare preview cards from my upcoming set: Monster Rulers. The set focuses on obtaining superiority of Lv5 plus monsters over Lv4 and lower monsters, creating a sort of Duel Monsters Hierarchy. Full set expected to be released on Friday. Card Lore: This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card cannot attack your opponent directly. If this card has the highest level on the field, it gains 500 ATK. If this card is in your hand and there are no Level 4 or higher monsters on the field, send this card to the Graveyard. Tactics: This card, instead of discouraging the summon of Level 4 or lower monsters like Lake ruler Hydra, it's counterpart; or destroying Level 4 or lower monsters like Sky Ruler Garuda, it's other counterpart; Dark Dragon Elder instead feeds off the power of the weak, and unless there is a Lv7+ monster on the field it will have 3K ATK, quite formidable for a level 6. Of course, it has its downfalls, like if you draw it on your first turn, but that's just to balance its strong effect out a little. Please rate and comment. I am not and do not claim to be an ocg expert, and as such my grammar may range from slightly shaky to abysmal at times, but I welcome any ocg help and corrections, especially as i'd like my 3 preview cards to be fairly accurate when I post the final thread.
