Morgan LeFlay Posted January 29, 2009 Report Share Posted January 29, 2009 King of Dogs Up until this point, I thought this was going to be an underpowered card.As long as this card remains in Attack Position, increase the DEF of this card by 200 during each turn. As long as this card remains in Defense Position increase the ATK of this card by 100 each turn. When this card is destroyed it is removed from play. But then when I read this..When this card is removed from play you can draw 3 cards from your Deck. If you draw "Sea Dragon" by this effect, you can Special Summon it to the field in Face-Up Attack Position. That's overpowered, as in banworthy. OMGAKitty, yours has quite a few OCG errors. Namely, you need to specify when some of these effects happen. I can make assumptions, but I'm assuming that you didn't want them to be Ignition effects you could activate anytime. Anyway..King of Dogs wins on picture and OCG. OMGAKitty wins on creativity and balance. And I won't vote for a card I consider to be banworthy. So OMGAKitty wins.
