Revisiting the original.

Stuck

:'3

Out of interest' date=' when do you side in Banishers? They mess up Tele-DAD, Zombies, and Lightsworn.. is there really no space to maindeck them?

[/quote']

Maybe Kycoo, but that might be cutting into the muscle a bit.

I can't believe I thought Banisher was so... Nonessential.

I'd drop the rats for Banishers' date=' in my testing i've found them invaluable in this deck. Shrink is something to consider as well.

Rats are for getting out Dyna or Mole, but I guess Banisher can replace them.

Only Dyna needs Shrink, really, so that's why I left them out.

This deck is very resilient, and one of the reasons for that is that it runs high ATK monsters that can run over most things your opponent topdecks. In my experience this deck has won every time the duel was reduced to a topdeck war. Therefore, you should imo try to keep your monsters on the >1500 range (Pachys are an exceptions since they are so essential) and basically focus on a beatdown strategy. Burden and Shrink make this very easy. These are the things I feel should be cut.

-1 or 2 Ehren Lightsworn Monk. When using Drillroids in her place I just thought the combo had too little payoff for the amount of deckspace it took and that it was more easy and effective to run over the opponent's monsters with the beatsticks of the deck

-2 Giant Rat. These things simply aren't a worthwhile investment on your part. Esp if you run Banishers which just makes it even harder. Drop them.

-1 Grand Mole. Come on, you have 3x PWWB, 3x Oppression, 3x Solemn, and with Burden/e-con you can easily run over them. Don't fear the synchros. Don't run grandmole either, he's quite weak and just isn't necessary.

- Some BoM or E-Cons. Ehren is no reason to be running so many of these things, they aren't even that great for stopping attacks.

+2 or 3 Banisher of the Radiance. These things are incredible. These mess up all the meta decks and have pretty good ATK.

+1 Breaker. Powerful monster who provides needed spell destruction.

+3 Shrink. They all need Shrink. This is the easiest way to get rid of some beatstick your opponent managed to slip through and has great synergy with Burden to massively reduce the opponent's ATK. I rely on these more than almost anything when playing a version of this deck.

+1 Torrential Tribute. Like I said, This deck can win a topdeck war. Blow up the field but retain your back row and you opponent will have a tough time getting any field presence since your monsters are stronger and all have effects that can restrict their strategies.

Okay, I'll sum it up to this:

–2 Ehren, Lightsworn Monk (Maybe 3)

–2 Giant Rat

–1 Neo-Spacian Grand Mole

–3 Enemy Controller

+3 Banisher of the Radiance

+1 Breaker the Magical Warrior

+1 Morphing Jar (Maybe)

+3 Shrink

+1 Torrential Tribute

How's that?
