Sheck out my new update, ok, now i have done my best editing this card so no bad comments or i will delete it !!! !!

 

 

Lore: This card cannot be normal summoned or set, this card cannot be special summoned exept by removing from play 3 face-down normal trap cards on your side of the field, if this card is summoned this way no trap or spell cards can be activated for 5 turns, also,once pear turn you can draw one more card during your draw phase or select and destroy one face-up card on the field if you do activate this effect you cannot conduct your battle phase this turn exept by decreasing this card's ATK by half of your life points during this turn only.

Not bad at all. But I agree with the above, effects overpowered. Remember to capitalize types of summons (Normal Summon, Special Summon, Set, etc).
