Effect: This card is also treated as a Dragon-Type monster. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, each time a Normal Monster is destroyed it is sent to the owner's respective Deck, the Deck is then shuffled. I haven't seen cards with such effects before, or I don't remember them. anyway is destroyed it is sent...Deck, the Deck is then shuffled. = is destroyed, it is sent...Deck. Then shuffle your Deck.
