Skyson Posted February 24, 2009 Report Share Posted February 24, 2009 I like this a lot. I like Crystal Beasts in general a lot, and seeing one that isn't stupidly broken or underpowered is a win. The Normal Summon retreival is nice. Having Pegasus in the Graveyard but lacking a methods to get him back to be Summoned (aside from comboing with Blessing, or straight up Monster Reborn) is depressing. This is a good option to pull him back, and it combos especially well with the last effect. 1000 Life Points seems a little much, 800 seems a little better since it can only be done once per turn. The abuse factor still exists in mass quantities, as it opens up a way to get the Carbuncle Train rolling right from your hand, or throw down another Pegasus. This is a very good utility card for the CBs, I'd certainly use it. The Normal Summon effect is something Crystal Beasts need, and it continues to promote potential advantage after being Crystallized. Great card. 9/10. I like the recursion it gives them. I not sure what to say about the effect that allows you to special summon crystal beasts yet: until I actually use it I don't whether its UP (because of the cost) or OP (because of the loop you could make with summoning pegasus and pulling another etc) or just right. Any way cool art, nice stats, its a dino (which there are now where near enough of) and its a crystal beasts (I'm a big fan of the archtype and maintain an opinion that with a few cards like this it would be AMAZING- I've made some myself) all add up to a:10/10.
