When your opponent activates a card effect that destroys a "Toon" Monster(s) or "Manga Ryu-Ran" you control, you can tribute 1 "Toon" Monster you control to negate that effect and destroy that card. If you do this, Special Summon that Monster to your Field during the End Phase. If "Toon World" would be destroyed, destroy this card instead.
