When this card is Summoned, no Spell or Trap cards can be activated. While this card is face-up on the field, increase the ATK of all WIND monsters by 300 (except ''Tromb, the Air Hero). When this card is sent to the Graveyard you can draw 1 card. If the drawn card was a WIND monster, Special Summon the monster and inflict 1000 points of damage to your opponent.
