Effect:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 1 Spellcaster-Type monster from your Graveyard. When this card is Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 level 3 or lower Spellcaster-Type monster from your Deck. While this card is on the field, all Spellcaster-Type monsters gain 200 ATK (except ''Raura, the Ultimate Raving Mage''). You must pay 300 Life Points during each of your End Phases. If you cannot, destroy this card. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard as a result of battle, you can add 1 level 4 or lower Spellcaster-Type monster from your Graveyard to your hand.

Effect:

Each time, a Spellcaster-Type monster is Summoned or sent to the Graveyard, you can draw 1 card. While this card is on the field, all monsters are treated as Spellcaster-Type. This card cannot be destroyed by the effect of a Trap Card. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can discard 2 cards, to add 1 level 4 or lower Spellcaster-Type monster from your Deck to your hand. During each of your End Phases, you must pay 600 Life Points. If you cannot destroy this card. When this card is destroyed by its own effect, instead of sending it to the Graveyard, remove it from play.

When succsessfuly summoned, if there are Trap and Spell Cards on your opponents side of the field, you may draw a new hand, if your new hand contains more Trap and Spell Cards then monster cards you may destroy all the Trap and Spell Cards on your opponents side of the field. But if your new hand contains more monster cards then Trap and Spell Cards this card is returned to your hand. This card cannot be destroyed by Trap and Spell Cards.

When this card is activated, send, from your Deck to your Graveyard, Spellcaster Monsters that are Level 3 or higher, and select that 1 Spellcaster Monster from your Deck. Special Summon a Spellcaster from your Deck with the same Level as the selected Spellcaster Monster during your 2nd Standby Phase after this cards activation. (This Special Summon is treated as a Normal Summon.) When this card is removed from the field, destroy the monster. When this card is destroyed, destroy the monster.

Just passing by, with a friendly tip!

In the title, when you say price, many people will think it's the entry fee....................then they won't even look here cause they'll think it's WAY to pricey, maybe re-word the title.

When this monster is succesfully Fusion Summoned, no Trap Cards can be activated. And, if its not destroyed for five of your Standby Phases, you are declared the winner. But, in the unlikely event that this monster is destroyed (Like with a monster stronger than 4000 Attack Points, or a Spell Card like Lightning Gate, or the effect of Zaborg the Thunder Monarch) all cards in your Graveyard are returned to your deck.
