Prada
HALP MEH! So, I get on my computer today, and this error message pops up before I get to the log on screen saying that "lsass.exe" can't allow me to get on because someone changed the admin password. So, naturally, I try to boot up safe mode. Gives me the same message. So, I get on my dad's work laptop, do a bit of of research, and find out that this is a virus. I do more research, and now I'm trying to find out how to get rid of the damn thing. Any help would be aprecciated.

Cyber Altair
oh try d/l and booting the system using Ubuntu. If it works then you'll have to reformat your computer but will at least be capable of making a copy of your files.

They'll charge you extremely high for them to just most likely reformat your computer. Not worth it.
