BulletMan
Welcome to my newest creation! So here it is. In all its magical glory.

You can Special Summon this card to your opponent's side of the field when they take battle damage from a monster you control during the damage step. This card cannot be used as a Tribute for a Tribute Summon or a cards effect. While this card is on the field, each time the controller of this card activates a Spell or Trap card, place 1 Gar'guel Counter on this card. Also each time the controller of this card Summons a monster, place 1 Gar'guel Counter on this card. Lower this cards ATK by 150 x the number of Gar'guel Counters on this card. You must pay 300 Life Points for this card to attack x each Gar'guel Counter on this card. If this card were to attack a monster with an ATK higher than this cards ATK, this card is not destroyed by battle. Then negate the damage you would recieve and inflict the same amount of damage to the opponent of this cards controller. Destroy this card during the 3rd Standby Phase after this cards original owner Summoned it. When this card is destroyed, except by its own effect, inflict 300 damage to the controller of this card for every Gar'guel Counter that was on this card when it was destroyed. Art credit goes to Father Wolf, look here for proof (week 15): http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/thread-18348.html I also would like to know if anybody thinks I should give it a holo. Rate/Fix please!
Ookami Moriyama
nice card out there though I don't understand why you named it Dark Spy if it's a Fairy-Type monster anyway great card 9.9/
Skyson
Good ol' DARK/Fairy monsters. I started a set around them and a few other odd combos that make no sense (FIRE/Fish, get out) but it never went anywhere interesting. Anyways, this card. I'm typing the review as I read the card, so I'll put down each moment of surprise when I go for the effect. Base Stats look somewhat lacking, a 7* with 2750/1350. Most 2-tribute monsters should have 2800+ ATK to survive, so let's assume there's something in that giant mass of text to make up for it. Let's go into the effect now. First line, we're looking at a Reverse Gorz. I guess it makes sense. Gorz is a messenger, this is a spy. When the opponent takes damage from your monster, you can Special Summon this from your hand to their side of the field. I'm assuming this will add insult to injury, they don't even have to be controlling no cards, nifty. Can't be tributed, great. Chills on the field and laughs at them for wanting to get rid of him. "Place 1 Gar'guel Counter on this card whenever the controller of this card Summons a monster or activates a Spell or Trap Card." would condense the next two lines into one. The next line would be "For each Gar'guel Counter on this card, this card loses 150 ATK." if my memory serves. That's funny, too. Summoning or activating a Spell/Trap weakening him by 150 apiece. The attack stipulation is funny, but seems kind of counterintuitive. If he keeps getting weaker from the counters, although it makes the payment bigger, having less ATK would make them less likely to want to attack with this. The "If this card were to attack.." thing is unnecessary. You ONLY die by battle when the other monster has higher or equal ATK. You can just give him a general "This card is not destroyed as a result of battle." and be fine. Making your opponent (which would be you, in this case) take the damage from ramming this card into a higher ATK monster is actually hilarious, because the opponent is already taking damage by having to pay 300 Life Points per counter (300 almost seems broken now) to declare the attack. Brutal. "during the 3rd Standby Phase after this card's original owner Summoned it." is kind of vague. Whose Standby Phase is it counting? Yours, your opponent's, or both? The way it's worded seems to lean towards counting the Standby Phases of the original player who played him (you, in this case), meaning he would die on your turn. Something that forced your opponent to sit with a weakening time bomb is going to die on your turn and leave your opponent open for punishment again. I think it should die on your opponent's 3rd Standby Phase, if anything. The last effect is just mean. Making them pay for his attacks was offset by having to take any resulting battle damage yourself, but forcing your opponent to use cards and stack counters on him, then playing a card effect to blow him up could set up a lot of damage for your opponent. You control when you get to play him in the first place, so you're able to choose when you have the right cards to destroy him and get the most out of his backfire damage. Really abuseable. Being a DARK/Fairy doesn't make a bit of sense to me, now. He doesn't seem like a Fairy at all, moreso a Fiend or Beast-Warrior. In summary, I like almost every direction this card is going, and it offers a lot of back strategies for setting up ways to punish an opponent whose field/hand is loaded with cards to counter you. Making them stack counters onto Gar'guel by making all of their planned plays, then having a way to destroy him and get the most out of his damage can be brutal. I like this a lot. Very good card. 10/10. This very well could be the only 10/10 I give this year. >_>
BulletMan
Whoa. Thanks, I'll take your advice. Also do you think I should get it a holo?
ragnarok1945
Dark attribute for a fairy monster? Never seen that before, though everything else is balanced 9.9/
OMGAKITTY
Arg, you took Skyson's 10/10 rating. Rats. I don't have much to say after the giant blob of text known as Skyson's post. "You can Special Summon this card to your opponent's side of the field when they take battle damage from a monster you control during the damage step." = "...when they receive Battle Damage." ? I think that works, since, it's only considered "battle damage" when there are monsters attacking....and then, it only happens during the damage step. "This card cannot be used as a Tribute for a Tribute Summon or a cards effect." = This card cannot be Tributed. Is really all I have left to point out.
