[spoiler=Effect]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Sending 3 WIND monsters to the graveyard. When A Winged Beast type monster is Summoned you can send that card to the graveyard to return 1 card spell or trap card on the field to the owners hand. Each time a card is return the owners Deck or Hand this card gains 100 ATK. By removing from play 1 Winged Beast type monster on the field you can negate the effect of 1 Trap card and destroy it.

In your Sig I readed that you founded picture on either Google, Photobucker or Yahoo Images but the original artist of this card is Jessada-Nuy from the deviant art and it is called King of Garuda. Just thought I would mention it.

 

As for your card, your OCG is off like mentioned above.

If it is the King of Winged Beast why do you need to send WIND monsters to the graveyard, some off the more common used Winged Beasts aren't WIND like Stealth Bird. Because your monster is hard to summon and your effect only returns a S/T to the hand and doesn't destroy it I think you can leave the part where the summoned monsters is destroyed out.

I like the fact that it focus on returning cards to hand/deck because most winged beasts do that so it could be called king.
