I wanted to start out with something simple, rather than doing a strong level 8 monster, I'm doing a level 3 monster. Effect: Once per turn, you can search your Deck for a non-DARK monster with 1500 ATK or less and remove it from play to draw 1 card. When this card is sent to the Graveyard, increase the Level of 1 monster you control x the number of monsters removed from play by this card's effect.
