When this card is Synchro Summoned, you can destroy all cards on the Field except "Toon" cards or "Manga Ryu-Ran". Once per turn, you can remove from play 1 "Toon" monster from your Graveyard to change 1 monster your opponent controls to face-up Attack Position, and reduce its ATK to 0 until the End Phase. If "Toon World" is destroyed, destroy this card.Effects: [1 Tuner] + [1 or more non-Tuner Toon Monsters]This card can only be Special Summoned if "Toon World" is on the Field. When your opponent activates a card effect that destroys a "Toon" Monster(s) or "Manga Ryu-Ran" you control, you can tribute 1 "Toon" Monster you control to negate that effect and destroy that card. If you do this, Special Summon that Monster to your Field during the End Phase. If "Toon World" would be destroyed, destroy this card instead. This card cannot attack during the turn it was Summoned. If "Toon World" is destroyed, this card is also destroyed. Once per turn, you can send up to 3 cards from the top of your Deck to the Graveyard. This card gains 500 ATK for each card sent to the Graveyard this way, until the End Phase. You must pay 500 Life Points to attack with this card. If there are no Toon Monsters on your opponent's field, this card can attack your opponent directly. If there is a Toon Monster on your opponent's field, this card can only attack the Toon Monster. If this card is destroyed and sent to your Graveyard, draw 1 card.
