To my knowledge, all Spell Counter-using monsters are Spellcasters.2) Level 4 Tuners = big no-no.3) Effect is a bit overpowered, simply because of the easiness that it can be activated.4) Kami-sama = the Christian god. Skyson Posted February 8, 2009 Report Share Posted February 8, 2009 Yeah.. Spell Counters go with either Spellcasters or Spell/Trap Cards. Tower of Babel, Pitch-Black Power Stone, and Magical City Endymion are cases of the latter. And the ones that only gain Spell Counters gain them from the use of Spell Cards exclusively, not Traps. And they aren't Dragons. And they aren't Tuners. And they don't get broken effects for having only 2 Spell Counters on them. A triple attacking 4* 1700 ATK tuner? Really? No thanks. 4/10.
